We have had nothing but praise for Cathy from start to finish. She was the perfect person to market our property as she has an intimate knowledge of the area having lived in Clyde for many years.
She actually cared about getting us a good return for the time and effort we had put into the presentation of our home and displayed empathy and understanding whenever we asked a question.
Her professionalism and communication was exemplary. She always followed the Open Homes immediately with a text giving the number of viewers and their remarks and opinions and when there were private viewings she would always follow these up with a text or phone call to let us know what was happening.
We also had two weekly digital communications to keep us completely up to date as to how our home was performing locally and nationally. As we sold in a slowed down market due to rising interest rates and therefore fewer buyers we had nothing but admiration for Cathy who was always positive and supportive.
